Romaya Hair Sanctuary Affordable luxury,more than a hairstyle a new concept in hairdressing.

On arrival you will be greeted by our receptionist who will get you settled, you can choose from a choice of refreshments while you begin to unwind.

You will then be introduced to your stylist and assistant who will look after you for the rest of your stay.

Once at the wash station you will be given a remote control which will help you adjust the position to meet your own comfort, the chair will then begin to perform shiatsu massage while the assistant will perform shampoo and conditioning treatments tailored to your individual needs. These wash stations are the only ones in Northern Ireland and were specifically sourced by us, as over the years it has been our client's major complaint that basins were so uncomfortable, not at Romaya.

If you are having you hair colour treated you will be able to relax in one of our colour booths which are equipped with televisions, magazines and are completely private.

Men can visit our gent's stylist for colour , cutting edge styles or a hot towel shave.There will also be a range of refreshments, gent's magazines and television. Like the ladies you will be provided with a a range of shampoo, conditioning treatments and styling products to meet your individual needs. While visiting the salon you can be rest assured only the best products are being used on your hair and scalp, these products have been specially sourced and only products suited to you will be used by your stylist or barber.

All products used will be available to purchase from the salon so you can continue to treat your hair at home and maintain the salon look. We accept all major credit cards and cash payments. Gift vouchers are also available so you can treat someone else to the romaya experience. Supply our receptionist with your e-mail address or mobile phone number and we will keep you informed of special offers and show evenings, which will be going on throughout the year.

Cancellations

As common courtesy to ourselves and others we would appreciate at least 24 hrs cancellation notice, as on booking an appointment a stylist and if you are booking for colour, a colour booth are reserved for you. A 50% cancellation fee may result if you fail to do so.

Deposits

Deposits are required to secure specific appointments.

Deposits are non-refundable and will be lost if you do not attend.

Separate retail area

Even if you aren't having your hair done feel free to browse our retail shop for all your hair care needs.

Gift vouchers

Valid for 6 months. Vouchers must be produced on the day of your appointment.

Vouchers can be used for treatments or to purchase products or styling tools in our retail area. Vouchers are non-refundable.

At Romaya we would encourage our clients to feel free to try all our stylists if so desired and not to feel unnecessarily obliged to one member of staff. All our staff are happy for this policy to be in place and will not be offended.

Please note that all prices on the web page are approximate and are there to guide you; long hair will obviously be more expensive etc. Please ask your stylist before beginning your treatment if you are unsure. If for any reason you have been disappointed with your visit please inform the salon manager or receptionist before you leave.
